although i have never found seth macfarlands humor funny and found it somewhat lazy and reliant on shock value, this surprised me and was a pretty silly show. not all the jokes land but it’s pretty heartfelt and genuine sometimes and the jokes that do work are really funny and well delivered. really hope this gets renewed for a season two. plus i didn’t have to see mark whalburg so that was a bonus. also ted has a funny run.
