i know this was very anticipated and you can definitely tell that from the packed theater who clapped and laughed for a majority of the film. personally i think it’s okay or decent at best. definitely a fun superhero movie though. the mad max stuff was class.
i think the dynamic between wade and logan is good for sure, it’s a lot of fun. however, i got kind of sick of it for the two hour run time, the other two deadpool movies are way more effective with their time. idk if it was just for me but this one felt the most marvel-y of the 3 films. i think because of all the cameos, which were good, but there were a bunch of them, i say it feels most marvel-y. the way the content was positioned as well, just felt like the other marvel movies i don’t like. i guess they have a lot of mess to clean up from the current state of marvel films. loved deadpool shitting on eveything that is junk about marvel though, loved that.
most of the fights were done well, not as creative as they used to be in previous installments. the TVA vs deadpool was great. first fight when they get into the void is good, as well as the minivan fight. the 100 deadpool’s fight was solid too.
side note marvel fans legit need to shower. walking down the stairs on the way out of theater i almost fainted, and im not deadpool or wolverine, i can’t recover from smashing my face on a railing if i went down.
