The pacing needed to be more consistent throughout the entire movie rather than the end alone, but it’s a decent first entry for Dev Patel.

I dislike the comparisons to John Wick, although I understand why they’re made, I think this at least tries to tell a deeper story, even if it’s not fully successful, which gets points from me. I think this needed perhaps some stronger exposition and an earlier establishment of motivation, but the overall artistry and homages are enough to salvage this from a lesser rating.
