WE ARE SO BACK !!!!!!!!! it was great seeing how it all started. when it showed the little boy in the beginning i immediately went “that’s tony todd as a kid isn’t it?”

i just loved the references, the humor, the family dynamic, and THE PENNY !!!!! absolutely love this one

rip tony todd ❤️ his farewell was really special and i’m so glad he got to improvise his last moments on screen before his ing

this one is honestly one of my favorites from the FD franchise

it feels wrong for me to be this attracted to animated moses 

also, you know it’s a banger when whitney, mariah, and boyz II men are singing in the end credits

1/2 star for the opening credits.. throw the rest of the movie in the trash

i cry when they bury the sticks in the dirt 

i know everyone thinks this movie is boring, but i find it quite charming, and i love the concept of a ranch movie with dinosaurs.

still doesn’t make sense, and overall not a very good movie when u actually think abt it. i love seeing the spider-man’s interact with each other though, so i’ll stick with this rating.

also, i’m annoyed that so many people complained about the lions not having facial expressions in the first one because the added facial expressions do not work well

movies in this genre are very hit or miss, but i think this one was a hit. im aware it’s probably intended for families with younger kids, but i thought it was very cute, and the humor was clever. i would honestly watch it again.

elle and vivian should’ve just been with each other

not as good as the first one but i still enjoyed it !

it’s simple but it still makes you feel a lot of emotions.

the bird scene was beautiful.

okay, so i thought people were being dramatic about this being bad, but this is genuinely the worst book to movie adaptation i’ve ever seen. 

they took out everything i loved about the book, and left me with an empty shell of a movie. the casting was great (especially dante), but because so many important nuances were cut it just made the dialogue feel awkward. it had me confused as to why they added certain parts that weren’t needed and took out all the parts that i thought perfectly encapsulated how ari views love and emotions.  

the pacing was far too fast, there was barely any build up, and all the big moments happened back to back so it didn’t make a strong impact when they happened. i know this is a small indie movie so they can’t fit everything in, but even adding some of the smallest lines or scenes from the book would’ve helped. maybe it would’ve worked better as a tv show?

i was finally able to see this, and i love it so much. i always love how there are so many design details in these movies that are exact replicas of the video games. the whole time i keep going, “oh my god, that’s like in the video game!” 

i’m a bit bummed there’s no rouge the bat yet, but i was glad to see super shadow + super sonic! i cannot wait to see what they do next because these movies are everything younger me dreamed of.

I WAS ALREADY SPOILED THAT THERE WAS GONNA BE AN AMY CAMEO AT THE END, BUT NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT THE METAL SONIC CAMEO. MY JAW DROPPED WHEN METAL SONIC CAME ON SCREEN. 

jim carrey playing two characters was so iconic.

i watched this movie so many times as a kid that my family hated me, still my # 1 comfort movie to this day honestly

i miss movies like this

no one could ever make me hate this movie

the puppet is soooo funny

foxy loxy, your boyfriend is gay

although this movie was very short and chaotic, i felt that it perfectly captured the atmosphere one might experience before a show like Saturday Night Live. it had theatre kid energy to the MAAAXX. i’ll have to watch again to really take in everything that happened. 

jon batiste did a phenomenal job with the music; it truly captured the emotions and scenery. the combination of the camera work and the music made me feel the characters' anxiety. also, the lighting really set the tone for the decade, which i appreciated.

the ability this cast had to embody these iconic celebrities was incredible. even the actors who didn’t necessarily resemble the people they were portraying made me feel as if i was looking at the actual celebrity rather than just an actor doing an impersonation.

my only complaints were that the dialogue felt off-putting at times and was painfully white. however, i understand that the movie is trying to showcase the “humor” of the decade being portrayed, and how snl was and often still is.

and there was not nearly enough nicholas braun as andy kaufman for my liking.

painfully relatable.

no matter what type of criticism we, as autistic individuals, receive, we persevere and keep moving forward throughout our entire lives.  autistic afab and autistic women could truly rule the world if it weren’t for people -especially men- constantly berating us and treating us as if we are the incompetent ones.

this movie made me sob at multiple points because it reminded me to never doubt myself, even when others do. i can go through any door, no matter how challenging it may be.
