Yet another Jeff Goldblum movie where experimenting on monkeys yields disastrous results. The school they attend is called Shiz University. Still don’t love Chu’s approach to lighting/editing but he has an undeniable eye for coverage of sets & emphasis on movement, it surprisingly didn’t feel that long, & the singing gave me legit goosebumps multiple times. S/o Wicked for saying that bootstrap theory, upward mobility, & the model minority myth are not good 👍
