UNRATED CUT
Not bad, but not great either. It’s a difficult task reinvigorating any franchise in a third instalment, and while director Wong returns and brings back the dark tone he can’t save a franchise that is slowly heading into a cheap, dull horizon. Performances are ok, script is at times poor and stereotypes its characters as does its predecessor.
