Sean Baker takes the romantic comedy and turns it upside down and inside out . But it’s also about the class system and income disparity and how money doesn’t buy true class , dignity or grace.
Mikey Madison and Yuriy Borisov give stand out performances that will have them steadily grow on you. I don’t think either starts out that way but eventually they become too human to ignore.
