Binged on my weekend (i know, fully committed 16+ hours of my weekend to this), and it was lovely! I knew I would love it and waited for the right time and it was finally here. Exactly as I’d hoped, has the spirit of my favourite Reply 1988 in many ways (along with Park Bo-Gum my beloved ofc ofc) so I knew it would remind me of my favourite show and it definitely did in many ways.

Since Reply 1988 is my lifeline and the best show I’ve ever ever ever ever ever ever ever watched, I of course wanted to explore the other ones as well. This was definitely very reminiscent of it, with the basis of course being similar, but since I’ve seen just how good 1988 is, absolutely nothing can compare (at least till now, nothing has). The acting of the main female lead was so good I loved her from the get go! The male lead was great too, and they had good chemistry. 
I genuinely didn’t mind the ending as much as people do because of course it’s very sad and it’s understandable how heartbreaking it was for the audience, but I loved that they didn’t do a stereotypical ending!
There were some parts I didn’t really care for or like which explains my rating but…
