I just got lost in Arrakis. I got enveloped by the screen. There was a specific scene in mind but overall, it's a staggering accomplishment.

Villeneuve's world is full of weight and depth even when it's not real. There's so much to say about stories and religion, faith and fear, and leaders and prophets. It's all laid out masterfully. I haven't been so engaged with a movie since Part One. I especially love how conflicted this movie is. At war with itself.
