Everyone said this was the worst superhero movie they have ever seen. I still think Morbius is the worst thing I’ve ever seen and the freaking Fantastic Four remake. That shit was BAD.

Madame Web? It was definitely could have been better that’s for sure. I liked the first half of the film especially when Dakota was figuring out her powers on the train. And I got emotional at the mom flashback but the villain? I don’t think I’ve seen a less flushed out character in the history of a superhero film. We NEVER found out his purpose, how he got his powers, why he wanted the spider in the first place and how he even got his suit. Besides the girls killing him he had no other motive for being a murderous scumbag.

At the very end of the film I had to restrain myself from laughing at last scene of Dakota in her Professor X cosplay telling the girls she could see their future. ICKKKKKKKK

I’m just so sad this was so bad. They went camp with this one and it didn’t pay off. Carol and Nick Fury were so far from what we’ve seen portrayed of their characters thus far. Why were they so spirited? Isn’t Fury supposed to be more subdued especially coming off of Secret Invasion?

Most of the film didn’t work for me aside from the baby flerkin scene which was hilarious and laugh out loud funny. As a fangirl myself, I just freaking love Ms. Marvel she is me and I am her and her inactions with Carol were perfect.

The singing planet!? I wanted to laugh with it but I cringed mostly aside from the dress Carol changed into.

The lying was giving me anxiety so I turned it off 🤭
