It's weird to think that nowadays a high budget movie is often indicative of a lower quality experience. However, with people like Denis Villeneuve in the industry, we can still have high budget films that are also artful, meaningful and creative.

I am so thoroughly impressed by many sequences in the 'Dune' duology. The large-scale battle scenes are breathtaking, but the one-on-one fight sequences are just as superb.

(By the way, thank you Letterboxd for making the eyes blue when marking these films as 'watched' - it's a nice touch).
