i have never in my life been more stressed out and anxious during a movie in my entire 24 years of living than i was during the last hour and a half (?) of this movie. the mission impossible franchise is very near and dear to my heart. it’s my favorite film series of all time and this is not hyperbole but i couldn’t imagine my life without my main man ethan hunt. there is before ethan, during ethan, and there is after ethan and i am devastated to now be living in a post-ethan hunt world.
